Fabrik is an intimate, plant-based eatery run by a husband and wife duo. The cozy dining room is dark + moody and we love that you can see directly into the open kitchen and watch your thoughtfully-crafted meal be prepared. The multi-course tasting menu highlights the bounty of plant-based cuisine, made with sustainable practices that minimize waste.

Fabrik offers a seasonally-changing 7-course micro tasting menu that celebrates the diversity of plant-based cuisine. For $85 per person, you can indulge in a dynamic progression of dishes - from inventive appetizers to rich desserts. Complement your meal with selections from their extensive wine and beverage list, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the flavors of the moment.
SUSTAINABILITY MISSION
With sustainability as a priority in their approach, Fabrik sources produce and ingredients from local growers and provisioners wherever possible. In addition, their dishes strive to utilize as much of each ingredient as possible to reduce waste, and they compost anything remaining.
