Owners, Cody Taylor + Harlan Scott, are longtime members of the restaurant game with popular spots like Cafe Josie, and Valentinos + Industry in San Marcos, and also spent many years before that working in the industry in many capacities! The name “Industry” really highlights all that goes into…well, the industry like servers, cooks, bar backs, and everything in between! They wanted to create an employee-first space which then provides customers with the best experience!
FOOD
The expansive menu has been pegged “low-key” healthy” with Texas influence, featuring dishes all from scratch with meats + vegetables smoked in-house! The main menu finds include green Chile queso, lots of juicy taco options, bowls, burgers, half chickens + more! For Sunday brunch, The Brisket Breakfast sandwich, the pancakes, the tater tots, + chilaquiles are a must! Our orders include the blistered shishitos, Chile relleno, eastside bowl with brisket, + sweet potato fries!
DRINKS + HAPPY HOUR
And of course, a full bar with whiskies, frozen cocktails, draft cocktails, beer, and wine. Plus, an awesome weekday happy hour + reverse happy hour from 3 pm to 6 pm + 10:30 pm to close…1/2 off margs, $4 Whiskey Wednesdays, ladies all night Thursday, + $2.50 mimosas on Sunday!
