LUTIE'S

Named after the estate matriarch “Lutie” Perry, the restaurant evokes the convivial spirit of the Jazz Age legacy. You’ll feel like you’re transported to London, but the restaurant aims to be approachable and neighborhood friendly!

ATMOSPHERE

Lutie’s transports guest to the estate's founding era of garden parties with a vibey greenery-filled atmosphere. The restaurant's whimsical design features rich greens with an airy indoor-outdoor feel inspired by the estate's Italian gardens. From gorgeous glass chandeliers overlooking the velvet lined bar to hanging greenery and checkered floors, you’ll never want to leave!

FOOD

The seasonal menus are fresh and sustainably sourced locally in Austin and Central Texas complemented with a robust select of crafty cocktails. Designed for sharing, be sure to order a few dishes to taste and share family style. For a fresh, light start, try the Garden Hand Roll filled with fresh veggies and a cucumber dip, or go big with the delicious Texas Tri Tip.

COMMODORE PERRY ESTATE

Situated within an intimate, walled oasis in the heart of Austin, the Commodore Perry Estate is an Auberge Resort Collection taking guests back to the Roaring Twenties. Originally built in 1928, the modernized residential estate features picturesque grounders with a charming Inn across 10-acres just outside of the city.

Perfect for a night out with the girls or a romantic date night, Lutie's is a gem. But it’s certainly not hidden by any means, except to wait months to get in. They’re booked through the summer!! But we can imagine someone here and there will cancel so have your fingers ready!
