Located on the north shore of Lady Bird Lake at the Waller Creek Boathouse, Retro Boats offers the most fun weekend activity, date or special occasion surprise! Choose from their fleet of colorful, restored fiberglass boats and enjoy an hour and half on the water!
The boats are as easy as driving a golf cart so anyone can do it, even without boating experience!
THE BOATS
They have 8 retro boats in their fleet in a range of fun colors including yellow, pink, and baby blue! All the boats are rare classic fiberglass boats from 1958-1963, aka the jet-age era. They have all been retrofitted with electric motors so they are quiet, eco-friendly, and only go a max speed of 4.5 mph.
