Brought to you by a family who has been operating Italian kitchens since 1949, Cousin Louie’s delivers genuine Italian cuisine crafted with passion and tradition. Third-generation chef ‘Cousin Louie’ handmakes fresh pasta daily in the kitchen and he’s a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. From growing up in the kitchen to honing his craft of Italian cooking at his father’s side, Louie is continuing his family’s culinary legacy at this slice of Little Italy right in Cedar Valley.

Here each piece of pasta is prepared from scratch using time-honored family recipes from the Ciola Family.
