HYE RUM
HYE Rum was founded in Hye, Texas, in 2016 by Stephanie Houston and Master Distiller James Davidson. In fact, the pair had never actually met in person before starting the company! Davidson spent many years before HYE researching rums inside and outside the country collecting inspiration to create the perfect island-inspired rum!
The drink menu is inspired, decorated with fruits and florals! You take one sip and you are on the beach with your toes in the sand. They have classic rum infused drinks like Pina Coladas, Mojitos, and Hurricanes! But also have added some twists like The Painkiller or Casablanca, which you see pictured here. Plus, they taste more amazing than they look!
THE SPACE
Like we mentioned, tropical vibes mixed with a little bit of hill country is the best way to describe it! Lots of tiki influenced decor, wicker seating, bright green and pink furniture, and tropical plants surround the area! The inside is spacious with several outdoor picnic tables for when the weather is nice.

There is always something fun happening at HYE! They are open Thursdays - Sunday and offer a plethora of events like Trivia, Family Nights, Food Truck Visits, and weekend Brunch + Learns. Or you can take a tour and taste the rums for only $20!
