MEANWHILE BREWING COMPANY

Meanwhile Brewing Company, the 3.7-acre brewery in South Austin, opened its doors in Fall of 2020. Inspired and owned by Will Jaquiss, formerly known for his award-winning brewery in Portland, Oregon! Meanwhile is known for IPAs and many other unique brews.

THE SPACE

On Meanwhile’s few acres, there are several activities other than just drinking beer (even though that might be our favorite)! The large stage, soccer field, playground, indoor and outdoor seating makes it the perfect place for everyone to enjoy an outing here! Keep an eye out for updates on live music, DJ sets, storytelling and movie nights. Plus, the taproom vibes are immaculate, emulating pubs in Europe with pieces of Austin!

THE BREWS AND MORE

The beer list is always new and fresh, offering an average of 16 beers all on tap. Whether you are looking for something a little more classic or slightly exotic, they have you covered. Although beer is the star of the show, they have a diverse menu of cocktails and boozy seltzers to try! Plus, Parlor Coffee showcasing their robust menu of caffeinated beverages.

FOOD TRUCK HEAVEN

There are 4 food trucks on site at Meanwhile. Pueblo Viejo featuring a variety of Mexican food staples. Distant Relatives with it’s divine BBQ meats, sandwiches and hearty sides. Dough Boys, home of some of the best pizza in all of Austin! And Bésame for the dessert lovers. After all the beer, these food options are the perfect fix.
