Lil' Easy is some of the best New Orleans food in the city, serving up delicious Cajun bites and insane vibes inside a refurbished gas station on East Caesar Chavez! And you can keep the party going with delicious sweet & savory bites from Ricky’s Chicken & Waffles! We dropped by and had to get the:
🍹 Frozen Flights: we tried a sample of each of the 8 frozen drinks they have on tap!
🧇 Chicken & Waffles: sweet syrup drizzled over house-battered chicken & a fluffy waffle!
🐊 Cracklins: tender & crunchy spicy pork served up with their delicious Tiger Sauce!
💛 Boudin Balls: fluffy, battered balls filled with pepper jack cheese & creole mustard aioli!
🦞 Cajun Queso: blend of crawfish etouffée and De Nada’s house queso!
🥗 Chicken Salad: fresh salad mix with chicken served with chipotle BBQ mayo!
But the real show stopper was “The Swamp Zombie”, a drink that pays homage to the iconic ‘Grenade’ cocktail of NOLA, but be careful, it’s the only drink on the menu that has a limit because these drinks pack a punch!
