P6 AUSTIN
From happy hour to brunch, P6 at The Line Hotel has been one of our go-to's for a few years now! The stunning rooftop is one of the best places to watch the sunset in Austin, serving delicious locally sourced small plates and seasonal cocktails to pair with the views. They have something for everyone, making it the perfect spot for brunch with the girls, date night, or just an after-work drink!
ATMOSPHERE + SPACE
While this is quite a popular destination, it’s a lesser-known fact that P6 used to be a parking garage! That’s right, this charming space that serves bites and craft cocktails used to be The LINE’s rooftop parking. Decked out in pink flags and tapestries, the reinvented space is truly the perfect after-work cocktail spot. While there is indoor seating, the main attraction is the open-air lounge.
MENU
The cocktails steal the show at P6! We definitely recommend trying the Sundown Cobbler or the Summer Sandia, yet all the cocktails taste delicious, and look pretty too. You can also score happy hour prices on Monday through Thursday from 4pm to 5pm! There are also small plates to snack on, with a Mediterranean flair! From charcuterie to hummus to wagyu beef carpaccio to crudo - there’s something for everyone.
THE LINE HOTEL
Well-located, The Line Hotel is the perfect blend of the hustle & bustle of Downtown and the natural oasis of Town Lake! With locations in hubs like DC, LA and San Fran, this Austin hotel is in great company! Once known as a popular jazz club on a local radio, The Line is tied into Austin’s rich history and culture. Every inch feels elegant, and the restaurants and bars are an obvious bonus!
BRUNCH
Next time we come, we’re definitely visiting during brunch! Their menu includes a house-made pastry board, steak and eggs and buttermilk biscuits - sign us up! During brunch you can also find mimosas, sangrias, and a P6 twist on a bloody mary. We can't wait to go back!
